Officials say a woman was arrested Saturday night for trying to sneak money and drugs into a prison for her incarcerated son.

According to the New York Post, 43-year-old Yelena Linsalato of Brooklyn was caught slipping her cash and a white substance to her son, 23-year-old Alexander Krasnikov at the Fishkill Correctional Facility on Saturday evening. Inspector Benjamin Walsh told the Post that the substance was being tested, and that police would not be able to identify it until the results returned.

Linsalato was charged with promoting prison contraband and possession of a controlled substance. Krasnikov is currently serving a six-year sentence for robbery and burglary. Linsalato was released from Dutchess County jail after posting bail, and will return to court tomorrow.
