Kevin Hart has been killing it this year, and it seems that the trend is going to continue for the foreseeable future: Ride Along, the film which saw Hart starring alongside Ice Cube—also, the film that was released a mere month ago—already has a sequel on the way. According to Variety, Ride Along 2 is officially in the works, and, even better news, the project will keep its producers, Will Packer, Ice Cube and Matt Alvarez, director Tim Story, and screenwriters Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi.
With Ride Along 2, Hart's upcoming year is proving to be even busier than the last: According to IMDb, Hart has seven films that are either completed or in-development. (Which, awesomely, includes an animated feature adaptation of Captain Underpants. Yes, the kid's book.)
