Perhaps aware that Pizzeria Paradiso is one of the better restaurants in D.C. right now, owner Ruth Greeser wants to share the joy of pizza with everyone through a new cookbook.
Released with Quarry Books, Kitchen Workshop—Pizza is the first in a series of how-to cooking guides. The book is all-inclusive, touching on everything from dough and sauce preparation to crafting some of the restaurants adored dishes. 
Naturally, Pizzeria Paradiso has to celebrate the occasion, so a series of deals will be available for the next two weeks. If you purchase a book at either the Dupont Circle, Georgetown or Alexandria, Va. locations, you get an eight-inch pizza and draft beer for just $10.
