Police in Ohio say a woman was arrested last weekend for using "special cut filets" as weapons against a supermarket employee.

According to the Smoking Gun, Frances Slyman, 44, was shopping at Giant Eagle in Brunswick, Ohio on Feb. 8 when she threw two filets at 64-year-old Giant Eagle employee Alzbeta Barath. The Smoking Gun adds that Slyman hurled the filets because Barath allegedly made a comment about Slyman's husband's weight.

Barath denied making the comment, and a witness told police that she did not hear Barath say anything to Slyman or her husband.

Barath declined medical attention after being hit in the eye and shoulder. Though she refused to press charges, Slyman was still arrested and charged with assault.
