HTC is going a step further for those customers that suffer from butter fingers.
In order to attract more American customers, the company is now starting the HTC Advantage program, which includes benefits such as fixing a busted screen for free within the first six months of purchase. In addition to that, customers will get additional cloud storage and two years of Android updates. Those who buy a One series phone today and after will be eligible for the program. “Keeping customers happy is something we believe a premium product maker should do, so we commit to continually listening to our customers and developing new, innovative solutions based on customer feedback and addressing their pain points over time," said Ed Kuhner, vice president of Customer Experience at HTC Americas.
The company might not be the juggernaut that Samsung and Apple are, but this is a big change that will separate them from the pack for a good reason.
