While the Chinese Sheng instrument dates back to 1100 BC, it has gone through many changes since then. Whatever changes happened to the one this woman got her hands, we're fans of.
The woman in question played a sheng during a recent perfomance, and busted out with the Super Mario theme song—and it sounds very, very much like the 8-bit version. Hear it for yourself:
