But what about Mila Kunis?

Here's a big Ted 2 development: Amanda Seyfried has signed up to be the female lead the upcoming Seth MacFarlane-helmed sequel, because every bro needs his babe. While this is awesome news because Seyfried is great, it does come with some bad news attached: This means Mila Kunis' contributions will be slim—if any. As for how they're going to explain the disappearance of her character, who was a major figure in the first film, is not yet apparent, but it has been specified that the casting change had nothing to do with Kunis as an actress.

Besides a talking bear having a central role, there are no plot details for the sequel, but it will be in theaters on June 26 2015. We know that much.

This isn't the first Seyfried has worked with MacFarlane. Seyfried also stars in his upcoming project set to hit theaters on May 30, A Million Ways to Die in the West
