This hilarious Radio Shack ad from 1991 perfectly highlights just how powerful smartphones are. The iPhone's $700 pricetag is steep, but the extent to which it has replaced other technology makes it seem like quite a steal. After finding the ad in an old newspaper, Steve Chichon calculated that 13 of the 15 sale items, which would've cost $3054.82 in 1991, have been rendered useless by his cell phone. Incredible.
