In one of the most bizarre deaths ever recorded, an Oklahoma man was killed after being given an "atomic wedgie" by his stepson.
On Dec. 21, Brad Davis administered the fatal wedgie to his stepfather, Denver Lee St. Clair, at the latter's home near McLoud, Okla. St. Clair reportedly lost consciousness, forcing him to fall and strike his head on the ground. He asphyxiated inside of his own underwear.
Davis was arrested yesterday. According to Pottawatomie County Sheriff Mike Booth, he told authorities that he traveled to his stepfather's house and "jumped" him. St. Clair reportedly suffered a blunt force trauma to the head, as well as injuries that suggested he had been in a fight. His underwear was pulled over the back of his head, while the waistband was still around his neck.
Booth was stunned. "I'd never seen this before, but when we first looked at our victim seeing the waistband of his underwear was around his neck," he told NewsOK. That'll shock even the most seasoned law enforcement professionals.
Davis is being held at Pottawatomie County jail on homicide charges.
