In a new interview on Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show, Jonah Hill revealed a surprising bit of trivia about his part in The Wolf of Wall Street: Apparently, he wanted the role of Donnie Azoff in the Martin Scorsese-directed film so bad, that while he was lobbying for the part, he agreed to take a massive pay cut. Just how much of a pay cut, though?

From Stern's show's Twitter:

A $60,000 pay day for a seven-month shoot might seem crazy when the actor in question is Hill, but really, it does make sense: Participation in a Scorsese film is a big deal, and just the fact that Hill was in the film is going to do great things for his career. Case-in-point: Hill has already received an Oscar nomination for the role. Most definitely worth it.
