Weird, kitschy '60s spy spoof Jazzpunk will be released for PC platforms in February for $15, the developers announced this week. The game is something of an alternate history comedy set in the cold war, and as you can see from this teaser the adventure-style gameplay and interesting pop-up aesthetic both reflects the visual sensibilities of the era while simulataneously injecting its proceedings with a good bit of charm. Jazzpunk's humor is not unlike David Zucker's The Naked Gun or its criminally-underrated short-lived predecessor Police Squad!, just with Soviets and Macguffins and such.
Jazzpunk will be available DRM-free February 7 for PC, Mac and Linux.

Certainly one of the stranger-looking indies coming out this year.
