Don Draper Gives Up Advertising For Baseball in "Million Dollar Arm" Trailer

Just kidding, it's Jon Hamm.

In the first trailer for Disney's upcoming film Million Dollar Arm, Don Draper—ahem, Jon Hamm—has traded the crazy world of 1960s Manhattan advertising for a spot as a sports agent in modern-day Los Angeles, who is struggling to save his job after a major business setback. To save the day, he comes up with one great solution: They'll hold a competition to recruit the first Major League Baseball player from India.

The film is actually based on the true story of sports agent J.B. Bernstein, who recruited baseball pitchers Rinku Singh and Dinesh Patel to the Pittsburgh Pirates a few years ago. In addition to Hamm, Suraj Sharma stars as Singh, and Madhur Mittal stars as Patel. Alan Arkin and Lake Bell are there too, which is always great.

You can check out the trailer above. Million Dollar Arm is set to hit theaters in Spring 2014.
