No one respect's flip phones in 2013, not even petty criminals.
A man held two people up in Central Park early Saturday morning, but refused to take one of the victim's phones. Kevin Cook described his ancient device as a "3-year-old generation Windows phone," which the assailant examined with a "What the f*** is this?" look on his face before giving it back it to him. That's the ultimate disrespect.
The robber did manage to take debit and credit cards, a passport, leather briefcase, $113 in cash and a modern phone from Cook and his friend. No arrests have been made.
