Because there are no rules about enjoying ice cream in the winter, the WIRED Store (353 West 14th St.) will offer free Ben & Jerry's from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. this evening. This is the second installment of their Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Social this month, and patrons will have the opportunity to score a year's worth of free ice cream while playing video games.
