It’s hard to imagine anyone related to Archie Comics being involved in a sexual harassment scandal, but according to The Daily News, some tawdry things are going down in Riverdale. The site is reporting that the company’s CEO, Nancy Silberkleit, is being sued by a group of male employees claiming they were the victims of sexual discrimination. The group is claiming that Silberkleit would call the male employees in the office “Penis," rather than refer to them by their real names. It's also being said that Silberkleit would randomly start shouting "Penis! Penis! Penis!" during business meetings.

According to the complaints, “[T]he word ‘penis’ became somewhat of a campaign slogan and her preferred method of referring to employees in lieu of their names.”

In addition to her fascination with the word “penis,” the plaintiffs are alleging that Silberkleit would stalk them and their families, as well as hire the Hell’s Angels to intimidate the employees at their Mamaroneck offices. There are also reports that Silberkleit made references to a handgun that was somewhere in the office, which belonged to her late husband.

Silberkleit responded to these claims by saying, "I have not had any interactions with these people. It's all very puzzling. I don't know what's going on in their heads."

Her lawyer is now demanding that the charges be dropped because white males are not “a protected class.”

This isn’t Silberkleit’s first taste of the court system. In 2011, fellow CEO, Jonathan Goldwater, went to court to have her removed from the company, citing her alleged instability as the reason. That case was settled under the agreement that Silberkleit would have limited interactions with employees. That obviously didn’t work out for Archie, Jughead, and the rest of the gang.
