Is the head of HYDRA lurking in the shadows?

Think Ultron is a big enough threat to face Earth’s mightiest heroes alone? Think again, true believer. According to Latino Review, the villainous Baron Von Strucker may play a role in the upcoming blockbuster sequel, Avengers: Age of Ultron. Apparently there is a casting sheet circulating throughout Hollywood calling for a physically imposing Caucasian male, age 40-50 for a supporting role. Latino Review has it on good authority that this description is for Strucker. Unfortunately Yul Brynner has been dead for some time now; he would have been too perfect for this part.

If you need a refresher on your comic book lore, Baron Von Strucker is a former Nazi and the head of the criminal organization known as HYDRA. This is, of course, the same renegade military organization that was completely forgettable in Captain America: The First Avenger. Apparently they're back and looking to make a much bigger impact than before.

Avengers: Age of Ultron will hit theaters on May 1, 2015.
