Only two days after Sony released their extensive FAQ list of what the PS4 can and can't do, Microsoft has struck a tight-fisted blow in this year's great console war. According to The PA Report, the Xbox One will be able to support DNLA streaming and will play CDs. This means in addition to playing your old copy of Vanilla Ice's To The Extreme, you can also stream digital media files to the Xbox One.

The news now puts the Xbox One in a better position for gamers faced with the decision of choosing one or the other. Although the feature won't mean as much to customers who are only looking for a video gaming experience, people who want to use the hardware as an extender–like the with the Xbox 360—the One's streaming capabilities might be the sway Microsoft is gunning for.
