Even though Black Fridaycrime and pre-Black Friday crime are anticipated, they're never any easier to digest. A man was shot around 9:45 p.m. in Las Vegas last night after while hauling new his big screen television home from Target.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, Lt. David Gordon said that the assailant fired warning shots, which forced the victim to drop the television. When the suspect grabbed the appliance, the victim tried to fight for it and the aggressor shot him in the leg.

No arrests were made and the victim was taken to Sunrise Hospital for treatment. Fortunately, his injuries were not life-threatening.

As for the television, well, the Las Vegas Sun says no one is certain what happened to it. Regardless of how beautiful the picture is on your new big screen, it's not worth your life.
