The next DLC pack for Borderlands 2 was announced today and its got some holiday implications for those of you having trouble getting in the spirit.

This particular Thanksgiving themed DLC entitled, The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler, is set to release next week, a few days prior to national turkey day.

Players are stacked up against the ferocious Wattle Gobbler and others in tournament mode to see who reigns supreme. Those who succeed will be awarded with a new character, skins, and emblems.

This is the second DLC following the Halloween themed TK Baha’s Bloody Harvest, which released earlier this year. The pack is available for purchase November 26 on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC and Mac for $2.99.

Keep it locked to Complex for all future Borderlands 2 news, as it's been hinted a third DLC pack may drop in December entitled, How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day.
