Because splitting things up by gender will apparently forever be amusing, rental site Zumper created a map highlighting which sections of New York City were popular with renters this summer according to gender. Pink represents female opinion; blue represents male. How cute.
Brooklyn Heights was quite popular with women, while men seemed to develop quite an affinity for Long Island City. Meanwhile, other areas like Williamsburg or the Lower East Side were split down the middle. Breaking the city down by demographics always makes it more interesting.
