Apple isn't known for making affordable devices (but they do become affordable once they're, ahem, old), but the newest Mac Pro can hit prices that you usually see for new cars.

The cheapest Mac Pro will run you $3,000, which, depending on how much you value a good investment, might be considered an expensive computer, but nothing out of this world. But once you start adding on more features and pushing the computer to its limits, that's when you'll be burning a massive hole in your wallet. In Unbox Therapy's video, they guides viewers through the upgrades they can get with the Mac Pro, based on the prices that are available to them on websites like Amazon. So, if you pump up Mac Pro, it can cost you close to $14,000, leaving you with a 9.9-inch, 11 pound, 12-core, 64GB RAM juggernaut. If you add on some displays to use the machine's 4K input, it will boost up to $25,000.
