Authorities in Bolivia picked off a money drop from a low-flying plane in Santa Cruz that was supposed to be given to fellow drug dealers. According to officials, the American dollars wrapped in a Paraguayan bank seal were going to be used to either produce cocaine or start a legitimate business.
Three Bolivian citizens believed to be the intended recipients were arrested. You'd expect criminals from one of the world's leaders in cocaine production to be a little more savvy about the business. Amateurs clearly don't last long.
