The Battlefield 4 beta kicked off last week. Since then we've been binge sniping from rooftops and learning to use elevators. We've yet to see anyone take down the skyscraper in the beta map Siege of Shanghai but when it does go down one user captured the dreaded "blue screen of death" projected on the side, nice touch.

DICE revealed all the game modes for Battlefield 4 earlier this month. Beta users can experience the long range, vehicle driven destruction of Domination mode or the up close and person knife-fest of Conquest. Both are playable in the beta. Battlefield 4 also includes new destructible environments and events dubbed “Levolution.” Levolution will include downing massive skyscrapers, flooding city streets and raising bollards in the streets to make vehicles useless.

The beta is live now for free for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC user through October 15. The full game drops on October 29 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Battlefield's PlayStation 4 version drops on November 12 and Microsoft's Xbox One on October 19.
