Last fall, voters in Washington used their voices to make marijuana legal. This has resulted in beautiful moments like the Seattle Police Department handing out bags of Doritos at Hempfest and now a Makisupa police officer helping an overjoyed group of stoners light a two-pound joint at the Northwest Harvest Fest last weekend. This, folks, is how you celebrate.
The joint was reportedly doused in hash-oil and took one full day to roll. The entire thing was smoked, because who would allow all of that hard work to go to waste? This officer is exponentially cooler than the Santa Cruz cop who ruined 4/20 for a bunch of UC Santa Cruz students this past spring.
This man was clearly cool in his youth. Hell, he still is.
