Square Enix isn't offering much information on Final Fantasy XV, but at this week's Tokyo Game Show it released this trailer featuring both cinematic and gameplay. The cinematic intro is movie quality and leads into some heavy combat gameplay showing off a new style of fighting and the urban environments that the game takes place in.

Final Fantasy XV is the rebirth of the former PlayStation 3 exclusive Final Fantasy Versus XIII, set to drop on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Square Enix seems focused on making combat much faster-paced while incorporating third-person shooter features.

Final Fantasy XV was announced back in 2006, but shifts in development platforms, among other things, has long-delayed the game. The story centers on a mafia-like family that protects the last remaining crystal in the world. The game has no direct ties to the other Final Fantasygames but happens within the same universe. Check out the trailer to see the stunning combat.
