Ah, the 1950s. Was there a better, more prosperous time in America? In Saint’s Row IV, the answer may be debatable. While you don’t necessarily have to deal with McCarthyism and the imminent threat of domestic psychological abuse bubbling just below the surface of the idyllic American marriage here, the latest in Deep Silver’s tongue-firmly-in-cheek open-world crime series does evidently blast you back to a time when Elvis’ hip shaking was considered borderline pornographic and any self respecting company man wouldn’t leave the house without the paper and a hat.
Too bad you get some context for just what the hell is going on at the end of this video, because it would be better being the ‘50s just sort of happened. Watch out for Reds and right trigger to pancake.
