Lindsay Lohan's comeback attempt continues. After hosting an episode of Chelsea Lately and filming a guest spot on the last season of HBO's Eastbound & Down, Radar is reporting that the actress has been asked to host Saturday Night Live for a fifth time. As with all gossip-y reports, best to take this with a grain of salt, but it doesn't seem implausible—Lohan's stint guest-hosting Chelsea Lately was a success, and her previous attempts at hosting SNL have always been surprisingly decent even with all of her legal/life troubles.

According to Radar's "insider" source, Lohan has been discussing with producers about possibly hosting the season opener. "Saturday Night Live has approached Lindsay to host the show again, and they were talking about the season opener...she is definitely considering doing it," they commented. "She loves the show and the people involved."

The source stresses that Lindsay would do a great job hosting the show, because she's really gotten her life together this time around: "Lindsay is doing really, really well. She is going to business meetings and she’s been on time for every single one of them. This is the best I’ve seen her in years."

If this does happen, great—just so long as there's a part two of this sketch. Otherwise, WASTE OF TIME.
