Despite Dark Souls being almost two years old, it still has a much deserved rep for being a notoriously punishing game. Then the game enjoyed a PC release, and with it came changes from the mod community – including this one (ok, it’s actually a few cobbled together) that lets you play the game in first-person mode. (Disclaimer: you can’t actually play it, really, since it’s glitchy as hell.)
If you thought Dark Souls was scary to be able to see your character, try having 80 percent of the world obscured by a giant shield. Enjoy!
