In the new action comedy 2 Guns, Stig (Mark Wahlberg) and Bobby (Denzel Washington) must face a difficult truth: since they can no longer trust anyone else, they have to trust each other. Even worse, they have to work together--or at least "in the same vicinity," as Bobby puts it. Talk about a tough case.
An undercover Naval officer and DEA agent, respectively, Stig and Bobby are under the impression that they are investigating each other. But after perpetrating a bank robbery as part of their respective sting operations, they realize they've been set up. The big question is: by who? Thus launches a most unlikely alliance to try and get to the bottom of this whole mess--and, hopefully, try to get out alive.
2 Guns also stars Paula Patton, James Marsden, Bill Paxton and Edward James Olmos. It hits theaters on August 2, but you can check out the official trailer above.
