An arrest has been made following the home invasion and brutal attack of a Milburn, N.J. woman that was captured by the family's nanny cam last week. Shawn Custis, 42, was arrested yesterday in Manhattan and charged with robbery, burglary, child endangerment and attempted murder by the FBI and Essex County's prosecutor's office.
Custis is allegedly seen on camera throwing the woman down a flight of stairs and beating her, all while her 3-year-old daughter watched. The woman's husband was at work and her baby boy was sleeping upstairs at the time of the attack.
Authorities report that Custis was being taken to an undisclosed location in New Jersey following his arrest.
