In a new video released on her YouTube page today, Paula Deen has apologized for using numerous racial and anti-Semitic slurs during a May deposition for a lawsuit filed against her.

If you're not aware of the controversy, here's the backstory: A transcript from the deposition recently surfaced, which showed Deen not only admitting to using racial slurs—she says "of course" when asked if she's ever said the n-word—but also making racial jokes. You can see the full transcript here. After the transcript hit the Internet, Deen's rep commented that the television chef is not racist, even though she was acting a lot like a racist.

You can check the video of Deen's apology up above.

UPDATE: According to TMZ, Food Network has officially decided not to renew Deen's contract, which expires at the end of the month.
