Joined by federal agents, NYPD officers arrested the man accused of fatally shooting a teenager in Queens last month. Kevin McClinton, 22, was at a family member's Cayce, SC home this morning when authorities stormed the residence. A special faction of NYPD detectives and U.S. Marshalls known as the New York-New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force spent days tracking McClinton before finally locating him in South Carolina.
McClinton is suspected of killing14-year-old D'aja Robinson aboard the Q6 bus in Jamaica last month. The shooting was reportedly gang-related; Robinson was not the intended target. McClinton has yet to be extradited back to New York where he has another illegal gun case pending in Queens.
