Getting in shape for summer starts in winter. But, are those of us who hopped on the fitness train late in the season (otherwise known as, "Oh shit, it's June and I still have a FUPA.") doomed? Not quite.

Fitness guru Chris Powell, whose claim to fame is whittling down overweight contestants on Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition gave us a emergency plan for looking better in board shorts. While it doesn't make up for months of neglecting your diet, it will help you lose (at least some) of your gut.
