A woman in Houston has been accused of stabbing a man to death using the heel of her stiletto. According to police, 44-year-old allegedly Ana Lilia Trujillo went Single White Female and stabbed a 59-year-old man to death at the Parklane Building yesterday morning. Many of the University of Houston's staff reside at the luxury condo.
Police responding to reports of an assault on the 18th floor of the building arrived to find a dead man in the hallway of the unit near the kitchen. Trujillo, who police believe was visiting the apartment, was arrested. Authorities are working to learn about the relationship between the two and determine a possible motive for the killing.
