Jamen Shively, a one-time executive for Microsoft, has decided that he wants to create the very first natural brand of marijuana. To be specific, he wants to create the "Starbucks of pot." In addition to his own genius, you can thank the state of Washington for legalizing marijuana.

Shively is dead serious about this move. He plans to dump $100 million into it over the next three years, and it should be noted that this isn't just about weed, it's also about helping out the job market in Seattle---the plan will create 1,000 jobs.

The enterprising Shively will still have to hurdle the Department of Justice, but he clearly likes challenges; he's ambitious. God bless him in his quest to create a legal safe haven for potheads that will turn into a cash cow should it ever happen.
