The Seaside Heights Roller Coaster is No More

A sad day.

Yesterday was a sad one in Seaside Heights, NJ as the Jetstar Roller Coaster was finally extracted from the Atlantic Ocean. The roller coaster had been a prized Seaside Heights treasure for years before being pushed out to sea by Hurricane Sandy last fall. It's certainly hard to part with, but it certainly isn't the end of roller coasters in Seaside Heights: a new one—called Super Storm—will be built. That's a questionable name, no?

Nothing can replace the Jetstar.
