Coming out later this year, Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 may be a finely tuned piece of machinery, especially if you're a fan of camera technology. According to Korean site ETNews, the Galaxy Note 3 may feature anti-shake technology and shutter functions for its 13 mega-pixel camera. That means, yes, the device will come pretty close in quality to some traditional digital cameras. Also, the company seems to be developing a 3x optical zoom for the camera—but this will be difficult considering the phone's slim design.

Samsung hasn't announced that any of this is official, but they could be playing it cool for now. They've been aggressive in their tactics recently, so we wouldn't be surprised if all these functions turn out to be true.
