On May 10, Cipriani Downtown will finally break ground in Miami at 465 Brickell Ave. Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani plan to incorporate everything that has made their other locations popular, such as Venetian flooring and a bar stationed in the middle of the 8,000-square-foot establishment. Come next week, they'll be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, and while a cocktail list isn't available yet, expect the very best in Italian cuisine.
