Apple Worth $185 Billion as World's Most Valuable Brand

In the latest BrandZ report, Apple has once again been named the world's most valuable brand, based on financial data and opinions of potential and current buyers.

Second place Google saw its value jump 5 percent from last year to $113 billion, while Apple's value rose just a small 1 percent from last year—but enough to be valued at $185 billion. Samsung, Apple's arch-nemesis, came in 30th on the list, but saw its value rise by 51 percent in comparison to last year, valued at $21 billion.

Seventh place Microsoft saw 9 percent of its value diminish, while 31st place Facebook lost 36 percent.
