Crystal Frantzen, 28, was arrested after she was seen giving oral sex to 58-year-old Gary Tipton in a gas station parking lot. According to the Sullivan County, TN Sheriff's report, Frantzen offered her services in exchange for a "better deal" on a car she wanted to purchase from Tipton. Because Frantzen clearly has no shame, this unfolded in the very car she was looking to buy. What a classy gal.
Frantzen was hit with prostitution charges, while Tipton was charged for drug possession and patronizing a prostitute. At least they broke the car in.
