Oprah Winfrey, the boss herself, has been named the principal speaker at Harvard University's 362nd  Commencement ceremony. “Oprah’s journey from her grandmother’s Mississippi farm to becoming one of the world’s most admired women is one of the great American success stories,” Harvard President Drew Faust said in a statement.

If you aren't aware of Oprah's accolades, where the hell have you been? To keep it concise, The Oprah Winfrey Show ran for 25 seasons and drew 40 million weekly viewers in the United States alone. Now, she's a production company (Harpo Studios), a magazine (O, The Oprah Magazine) and a television network (OWN).

Winfrey will share her wisdom as part of Commencement day’s Afternoon Exercises on May 30.
