Seeing air travel through a new lens.

No one expected corporations to enter Google's #ifihadglass competition on Twitter in which "creative individuals" share ideas for using the futuristic headset, but that's exactly what JetBlue has done.

On Google+, the flight carrier posted five mockups Wednesday showing how Google Glass could revolutionize air travel, and asThe Verge reports, the visuals are pretty fantastic.

One offers an estimated taxi fare, while another shows a still from Google's own preview, "a Google Now-style flight status card." Another mockup displays garage capacities as drivers pass by. Perhaps the most useful of all is a map of directions to baggage claim.

The competition ended February 27 and JetBlue followed the rules, though as The Verge points out, it's unclear whether they'll have any shot at winning since they're not individuals.
