The BBC has launched free smartphone app called BBC Sport to help you keep tabs on the latest events happening here and abroad.
Launched Wednesday, the app is available for iPhone and iPad, with video features and an Android version expected to follow soon. Among the games you can follow are English Premier League soccer and other international leagues, Formula One auto racing, golf, cricket, tennis and rugby. In other words, plenty.
"More and more, we're finding that fans want to follow results on their mobile devices while they're on the move," James Montgomery, controller of digital and technology for BBC Global News, told Mashable.
Sounds like an ace move to us.
