The late, great 30 Rock ended with a [spoiler] big promotion for Kenneth the Page (Jack McBrayer). He's already got another gig though, on ABC's The Middle, which stars Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond) and Neil Flynn (Scrubs).
McBrayer will guest star as a "boyish and disheveled" dentist who takes on Heaton as his new hygienist. It will probably be a multi-episode arc. McBrayer usually plays naive and earnest pretty well (see: Talladega Nights) so we're excited to see him in a new role. But he better stay away from the TV no-no words.
