In Phoenix, Arizona 19-year-old Savannah Ramirez is expected to be charged with manslaughter in the death of her brother, Manuel Ortiz.
Believed to be drinking at a New Year's Eve after-party, Savannah and Manuel decided to throw an impromptu photo shoot posing with a gun. They'd intended to post the photo to Facebook. That is, until the gun unexpectedly went off, shooting Manuel in the head, and instantly killing him.
A reporter from ABC 15 recalled Ramirez weeping, sitting on the curb admitting she accidentally shot her brother in the head.
Both Ramirez and Ortiz have numerous pictures on Facebook posing with guns. Police are expected to charge Ramirez with manslaughter.
