February is going to be a good month for PlayStation Plus subscribers in Europe. Sleeping Dogs will be free to download starting Feb. 6, along with F1 Race Stars and Quantum Conundrum on PS3. For PS Vita games, they'll be getting Wipeout 2048 and Lumines, two staples of the Vita's library.

PlayStation Plus accounts are $50 for a year, but any game that becomes available while you're a subscriber remains free as long as our account lasts—pretty good deal, right?

Then again, we don't know what the U.S. games for February will be yet.
