Adult film star Ron Jeremy is in critical condition at Ceders Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles after suffering a major heart aneurysm, TMZ is reporting. According to his manager, Mike Esterman, Jeremy drove himself to the hospital when he was experiencing chest pains, and was admitted after doctors discovered the aneurysm.

He has since been moved to the ICU, where he remains in critical condition. "Just called the hospital," stand-up comedian Ralphie May tweeted about Jeremy's condition. "Its really fucking serious."

Jeremy is reportedly currently being prepped for surgery, which he will undergo later today. The 59-year-old, nicknamed "The Hedgehog," has appeared in 2000+ adult films, and currently holds the Guinness Book of World Records Title for "Most Appearances in Adult Films."
