It's been a good week for Ray Liotta. First, news breaks that he's joined the cast of Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For, and now we're just finding out that he's joined the cast of the already packed-with-stars Muppets 2. No word on who he'll be portraying, as that's being kept tightly under wraps, but he'll be joining Tina Fey, Ricky Gervais, Ty Burrell, and Christoph Waltz in the film so that's good news enough. Added bonus, Bret McKenzie is writing new songs for the project. Basically, this is getting to be the best cast ever.
This isn't Liotta's first time starring in a Muppets film - back in 1999, the actor appeared in the film Muppets in Space as a gate guard. Keep with the plot continuity, guys!
