The 1:1 scale model is being manfuactured by Mattel and was created in partnership with BTTF special effects and prop gurus Michael and Mary Anne Lantieri, and BTTF screenwriter and producer Bob Gale. No, it doesn't hover, but it does make the same "whoosing" sound from the movie.
What? Those thousand-dollar Air Mags didn't automatically lace-up, either.
