On Wednesday, Lindsay Lohan will have an 8:30 hearing for her involvement in a June 8th car accident. But, on that day, there will be one important person not making it to the court date: Lindsay. Instead, the 26-year-old will be jetting over with her new rumored guy, Max George, and the rest of The Wanted as they head to London.
While we would chalk this up as the dumbest decision by Lindsay to date, she's not required to make an appearance since the pending charges of willingly resisting, obstructing, or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving are all misdemeanors.
Lindsay's overworked attorney Shawn Holley will represent her.
